Noticing the Patterns

July 4, 2024 Odd coincidences seem to follow me like whispers from the unseen. Today, I noticed something peculiar. I had posted an image of a beam of light rising from New York City—not Chicago, not Boston, not Oklahoma, but NYC. It was an artistic expression straight from my soul. And yet, someone else had posted the same concept, also from New York City, two days prior. Their version resemblance to my creation felt too uncanny to dismiss as mere chance. Their post bore a pyramid, an all-seeing eye, and a circle as its logo—symbols that spoke of something deeper. Each discovery like this leaves me with a pit in my heart, a sudden flood of emotions too complex to name, as if I’m on the cusp of uncovering a profound truth.

I was touched by God in October of that year—so close to this imagery, so specific. There’s a connection here I can’t ignore. The beam I posted in mid-May wasn’t just art; it was a visceral attempt to protect myself during the scariest time of my awakening. From May 13 to May 18, under my Savage.Expressions project, I poured my soul into that piece. Those days were marked by an overwhelming influx of divine downloads and unexplainable visits, the beam representing far more than what the eye could see.

May 13, specifically, holds its own story. That day’s significance didn’t end there. The numbers themselves were a revelation. May 13: 05+13 = 18, which reduces to 9. Even when calculated differently, the single root digit remains 9. But when you add the year, it becomes 8. Numbers, like the beam, held deeper meanings I could feel but barely articulate. It was also the day I sized my finger for a ring I had seen in a vision during meditation. The exact ring I had envisioned appeared online, as though waiting for me, and I purchased it.

Today, I realize I’ve been writing for five months, balancing this passion alongside other projects. Writing has become more than a hobby; it’s a mission. If my words bring you even a step closer to God, then I have succeeded. Belief is yours to choose, but if I’ve offered you a new perspective—one you might never have considered—then I’ve fulfilled my purpose. If you see life even a little more clearly, my work has not been in vain.

Scientific Explanation
Coincidences, as described here, often involve a phenomenon known as pattern recognition—a cognitive process where the brain seeks connections between unrelated events. Studies in neuroscience suggest that our brains are wired to assign meaning to patterns, especially during emotionally heightened states, such as those experienced during a spiritual awakening. The beam of light, the coincidental imagery, and the numerical significance align with what psychologists term "apophenia," the tendency to perceive meaningful connections in random phenomena. However, these interpretations can serve as anchors during transformative periods, helping individuals process complex emotions and experiences.

The visual phenomenon of a "slit in the sky" could be attributed to a natural atmospheric condition. A break in cloud cover at night, illuminated by the moon, creates an awe-inspiring effect. Known as a moonbeam phenomenon, this occurs when light filters through gaps in the clouds, creating sharp contrasts against the darkness.

Spiritual Explanation
Spiritually, these experiences align with the concept of divine synchronicity, where events are orchestrated by higher forces to guide an individual toward greater awareness or purpose. The beam of light symbolizes protection and divine connection, often appearing during moments of spiritual awakening or heightened intuition. The repetitive use of the number 9 holds esoteric significance, representing completion, spiritual enlightenment, and the culmination of a divine journey. Similarly, the number 8—linked to infinity and divine balance—suggests an ongoing cycle of spiritual growth.

The vision of the ring ties to ancient beliefs in manifestation and spiritual alignment. Many traditions believe that meditative visions or dreams carry messages from the divine or higher self, providing clarity and purpose. The act of finding and purchasing the exact ring serves as an affirmation of faith and alignment with divine will. Lastly, the inability to take a photograph of the moonlit sky emphasizes the sacred nature of the moment—an intimate, God-given experience meant solely for the observer’s soul.
